Dispute Resolution for Buyers and Sellers

 Step 1: Dispute Mediation

When a dispute arises between the buyer and the seller, 2wedm.com will deploy international legal and industry professionals for mediation,

adhering to the following guidelines:

1. First Guideline: Mediate based on the terms of the signed sales contract.

2. Second Guideline: Mediate based on the notes and remarks in the escrow transaction.

3. Third Guideline: Mediate based on the communication records between both parties.

4. Fourth Guideline: Mediate based on industry norms for any matters not covered by the above.

 Step 2: If Mediation Fails

If mediation fails, either party can file a lawsuit. 2wedm.com will comply with the enforceable court judgment. Common issues include:

1. Jurisdiction:

Regardless of whether the buyer or seller is from China or other countries, they shall be under the jurisdiction of the court where 2wedm.com is located in mainland China.

2. Representation:

Foreign companies can fully authorize a third party in mainland China to file or respond to a lawsuit on their behalf.
